JAMAICA Observer online readers have reacted owerwhelmingly with cynicism to a declaration by former finance minister, Dr Peter Phillips, that people are upset that the People&rsquo;s National Party (PNP) &mdash; to which he belongs &mdash; is not yet back in power after losing to the Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) in the February 25 General Election.
