Caricom urged to explore options to counter Brexit’s effects

Two of the Caribbean&rsquo;s leading scholars say that Britain&rsquo;s decision to leave the European Union (EU) will have adverse effects on the region&rsquo;s economies and have advised Caribbean Community (Caricom) states to start exploring options to counter the imminent problems.
