UNITED NATIONS (CMC) — United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has urged governments in the Americas, including the Caribbean, to contribute financially to the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR), warning that unless this is done, the Commission’s “invaluable work will come to a halt”.
