KINGSTON, Jamaica &ndash; Triple world and Olympic record holder Usain Bolt has been ruled out of the men&rsquo;s 100m finals with an injury on day two of the Jamaica Athletics Administrative Association (JAAA)/Supreme Ventures Limited (SVL) National Senior Championships at the National Stadium on Friday.
