BERLIN, Germany (CMC) &ndash; Executive Secretary of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) Alicia B&aacute;rcena has reaffirmed cooperation ties between the regional United Nations organisation and the German Government in joint projects related to the Caribbean&rsquo;s development and follow-up to the 2030 UN Agenda for Sustainable Development.
