Reid threatens sanctions for schools that breach funding policy

KINGSTON, Jamaica &mdash; Minister of Education, Youth and Information, Senator Ruel Reid, took to his Facebook page yesterday, warning school boards that if they fail to ensure administrators adhere to the new government funding policy, there will be &ldquo;drastic sanctions&rdquo;.
