KINGSTON, Jamaica – The Jamaica Customs Agency (JCA) and the United Kingdom’s (UK) Border Force yesterday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) which will see both organisations collaborating on cross-border initiatives to include combating transnational crime and cross-border illicit trading activities.
