Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Paula Llewellyn yesterday asked Justice Carol Lawrence- Beswick to reject a no-case submission by defence attorneys representing businessman Steven Causewell, noting that there was sufficient evidence presented for the jury to determine whether or not the accused had murdered his ex-girlfriend Nordia Mitchell.
