RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil (AFP) – Track and field performances at the Rio Games are guaranteeing one of the best Olympics ever, IAAF president Sebastian Coe told AFP Friday, admitting however that there would be a post-mortem into the swathes of empty seats for some sessions at the stadium.
