JTA concerned over govt's funding for high schools
ST JAMES, Jamaica – President of the Jamaica Teachers Association (JTA) Howard Isaacs says that the association is concerned about the sustainability of the funding arrangements being implemented by the Ruel Reid-led Ministry of Education, Youth and Information.
