FLORIDA, USA (CMC) &ndash; The United States Department of Justice (DOJ) says one man has pleaded guilty to multiple criminal charges in connection with a sophisticated global cellphone fraud scheme that involved compromising cellphone customers&rsquo; accounts and &ldquo;cloning&rdquo; their phones to make fraudulent calls to the Caribbean.
