KINGSTON, Jamaica &ndash; The People&rsquo;s National Party yesterday scolded Karl Blythe, strongly condemning what it described as &ldquo;unethical and false comments&rdquo; he made regarding the health of the party&rsquo;s President and Leader of the Opposition Portia Simpson Miller.
