THE Second Session of the Conference on Science, Innovation and Information and Communications Technologies (ICTs) of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) will begin next Monday at the Hotel Holiday Inn Aurola in San Jose, Costa Rica.
