KINGSTON, Jamaica &mdash; Despite concerns that lawmen might be reluctant to tackle criminals out of fear of penalties from the Independent Commission of Investigation (INDECOM), Commissioner of Police Dr Carl Williams said police officers in St James have no problem with INDECOM investigating officers.
