Palace Cinpelex in Sovereign Centre, Liguanea, was the venue for the Jamaica premiere of Queen of Katwe last Tuesday. Friday s ocial gives you some more highlights from this Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) evening of celebration with specially invited guests, the members of the Magnificent Chess Foundation. Attendees got an opportunity to enjoy the Walt Disney film, which stars Oscar winner Lupita Nyong’o, whose character’s daughter is impacted by the game of chess.
