Fugitive wanted in the US for murder arrested in St Elizabeth

ST ELIZABETH, Jamaica &mdash; The police say that after months of collaboration and investigation between the Counter Terrorism and Organized Crime Branch (C-TOC) and United States Law Enforcement agencies, a Jamaican fugitive was arrested in Black River, St Elizabeth, on October 10.
