EDUCATION Minister Senator Ruel Reid said yesterday that a total of 239 students were affected by late entry of School Based Assessments (SBAs) to the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) for the 2016 May/June sitting.The dilemma, which faced students at the St Andrew-based Penwood High School, brought the issue to light, but the institution was just one of five impacted by the debacle.
