ROSEAU, Dominica (CMC) – A motion of no-confidence against Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit was defeated here on Wednesday after a verbal clash between the Opposition Leader Lennox Linton and the Speaker Alix Boyd-Knights allowed the Government to use its majority to vote down the measure.
