ST JOHN&rsquo;S, Antigua (CMC) &mdash; The Leeward Islands Airline Pilots Association (LIALPA) has described as &ldquo;erroneous and totally false&rdquo; statements allegedly made by St Vincent and the Grenadines Prime Minister Dr Ralph Gonsalves and a senior official of the cash-strapped regional airline, LIAT.
