KINGSTON, Jamaica (JIS) &mdash;Head of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) Corporate Communications Unit, Superintendent Stephanie Lindsay, is encouraging more people to download and make use of the crime-fighting and safety software application &lsquo;Stay Alert&rsquo;.
