THE Ministry of National Security faced heavy criticism from Parliament’s Public Administrtions and Appropriations Committee (PAAC) Wednesday over a statement the ministry issued about the firearm licence issued to businessman Patrick Powell, who was last month acquitted of the murder of 17-year-old Khajeel Mais in the now infamous ‘X-6’ trial.
