Chuck says no to police proposal to monitor Internet traffic in and out of Jamaica

Justice Minister Delroy Chuck has dismissed a proposal that would allow the Jamaican police to monitor all Internet traffic in and out of the island. The proposal was made this morning by Inspector Warren Williams, head of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) Communication Forensic and Cybercrimes Unit.
