Manchester independent candidate withdraws from Local Gov’t Elections
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The independent candidate for the Bellefield Division in Manchester Central has formally withdrawn his candidacy from the 2016 Local Government Elections, according to reports from the Electoral Commission of Jamaica, (ECJ).
