KINGSTON, Jamaica &mdash; The Jamaica Labour Party&rsquo;s (JLP) Kenisha Allen was accused by the People&rsquo;s National Party (PNP), Wednesday night during the first of two national debates on local government, of seeking to politicise the issue of health, after she implored Jamaicans who have been bitten by mosquitoes to refrain from voting for the PNP.
