THE Child Development Agency (CDA) on Saturday staged its annual candlelight vigil and concert at Emancipation Park, New Kingston, in observance of World Day for the Prevention of Child Abuse. The CDA was joined by sponsors Flow and the Ministry of National Security in staging a march and a candle-lighting ceremony that formed part of the event. Here are some highlights:
