Otto enters Pacific after devastation, death in Costa Rica
MANAGUA, Nicaragua (AP) — Tropical Storm Otto left dead and disappeared in Costa Rica and then headed into the Pacific Ocean Friday after making landfall as the southernmost hurricane on record to hit Central America.
