KINGSTON, Jamaica &mdash; Prime Minister Andrew Holness and leader of the Opposition People&rsquo;s National Party (PNP) Portia Simpson-Miller will this afternoon head to Cuba for the official private mass for foreign dignitaries in celebration of the life of former Cuban President Fidel Castro Ruz.
