KINGSTON, Jamaica — As the final count of ballots from divisions contested in Monday’s local government election show the ruling Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) winning over the opposition People’s National Party (PNP) with 9-5 councils, the Political Ombudsman is calling on the parties to now clean up the divisions in which they campaigned.
