NEW YORK, USA &mdash; It was a black tie event like no other last Saturday, December 3, at the Hilton JFK Hotel in New York, when members of the Jamaican Diaspora came dressed and suited to support the 22nd Anniversary Scholarship Gala of the Children of Jamaica Outreach (COJO) .
