CASTRIES, St Lucia (CMC) &mdash; The St Lucia Government has announced a &ldquo;heightened surveillance&rdquo; of pregnant women after 50 of them have tested positive for the mosquito borne Zika virus (ZikV) and raising new concerns about the impact of the disease in St Lucia.
