Manchester Chamber of Commerce takes lead role in crime-fighting

MANCHESTER, Jamaica &mdash; The Manchester Chamber of Commerce says it is committed to continuing partnership initiatives with the Manchester police including a Motor Vehicle Repair Fund, which it says has enabled the repair of police vehicles for all 11 stations across the parish.
