Jamaicans are accustomed to using sorrel to make a drink, but the Westmoreland Organic Farmers’ Society, through its annual ‘Sorrel Fest’, is aiming to show that a drink is just one of many ways in which Jamaicans can enjoy the popular perennial herb.
