Sandals Resorts in the Montego Bay region hosted 10 treats this Christmas spanning various infirmaries, schools and communities. The Sandals Foundation said several volunteers from Sandals Montego Bay were out last Wednesday in support of the final Christmas treat, held in the Whitehouse community — just minutes away from the resort — where about 100 children were feted and given toys, courtesy of the foundation. More than 1,000 children benefited from the initiative this year. “The Sandals Foundation’s mantra is making a difference and we can only do that by taking on these types of initiatives that challenge us to make an impactful change and inspire joy,” said Sandals Resorts’ regional public relations manager (Montego Bay), Khadine Daley. Pauline Miller, Sandals Foundation ambassador said, “the best part of these treats was seeing the children smile as they receive their gifts.” Here, Sandals Montego Bay’s Cadene Black is greeted upon arrival by some friendly and excited children.
