KINGSTON, Jamaica &mdash; The young professional affiliate of the Jamaica Labour Party (JLP), Generation 2000 (G2K), has commended the Andrew Holness Administration for rejecting the United Kingdom&rsquo;s &pound;25 million prison offer,claiming that such a deal would likely mean higher taxes for Jamaicans.
