PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad (CMC) — The outgoing United States Ambassador to Trinidad and Tobago, John Estrada, on Tuesday accused “some folks” of deliberately peddling misinformation about the US Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) legislation.
