T&T Senate passes legislation to raise legal age of marriage to 18
PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad (CMC) — The Trinidad and Tobago Senate late Tuesday night approved the amendment to the Marriage Bill, raising the legal age of marriage to 18, but without the support of Opposition legislators and at least one Independent Senator.
