We’re still aboard the party express at Member of Parliament for East Kingston and Port Royal Phillip Paulwell’s birthday celebration last Saturday. The annual bash — a January staple on the social calendar — drew a mass of weekend partygoers to Fort Charles to help Paulwell usher in his 55th in the historic seaside town of Port Royal.
