'Fruitful' talks with bike operators in West — Henry

KINGSTON, Jamaica &mdash; After what he described as 'fruitful discussions' with motorcyclists in Hanover and Westmoreland on Friday, Transport Minister Mike Henry says he intends to cross-examine the issues raised in order to develop policies to accomodate the bike operators in the transport industry.
