KINGSTON, Jamaica &mdash; Member of Parliament for St Thomas Eastern Dr Fenton Ferguson, says that he is shocked at news reports, which gives the impression that an environmental impact assessment study is only being done on the section of the Southern Coastal Highway from Harbour View to Albion in Western St Thomas.
