KINGSTON, Jamaica &mdash; Human rights organisation Jamaicans for Justice (JFJ) today called on the Government to strengthen existing safeguards to avoid abuse of &lsquo;preventative detention' &mdash; a measure put forward by the Prime Minister Andrew Holness administration, as it seeks to tackle crime domestic violence and sexual crimes.
