Jamaica&rsquo;s Foreign Minister Senator Kamina Johnson Smith (centre front row) is joined by foreign diplomats and local officials during a visit to Port Royal last Friday, the last day of Diplomatic Week 2017 that featured a boat tour of the Kingston Harbour, hosted by the Caribbean Maritime Institute and the Maritime Authority of Jamaica.
