OCHO RIOS, St Ann — Chief executive officer of the St Ann’s Bay Hospital Leo Garrel has called on members of the St Ann Chamber of Commerce and the Jamaica Hotel Tourist Association (JHTA) to partner with the hospital in an effort to increase blood collection at the facility.
