ST THOMAS, Jamaica — President of the Jamaica Association of Transport Owners and Operators (JATOO), Louis Barton, says that bus operators on the route between Morant Bay and Kingston this morning withdrew their services in a bid to get the Ministry of Transport to address problems they are facing regarding robot taxis.
