CAC to hammer out $32-m ‘bad gas’ settlement with stakeholders
The Consumer Affairs Commission (CAC) is to meet again with stakeholders in the petroleum trade to hammer out a $32-million settlement for 379 complainants who say their motor vehicles were damaged by contaminated petrol between December 2015 and April 2016.
