KINGSTON, Jamaica &mdash; Miss Universe Jamaica 2014 Kaci Fennell yesterday chided popular dancehall selector Oneil &lsquo;Foota Hype&rsquo; Thomas over comments he made accusing her of &ldquo;degrading&rdquo; herself for her choice of outfit for carnival celebrations in Trinidad and Tobago.
