Gov't warns officers, inmates involved in illegal recordings will be punished
KINGSTON, Jamaica — State minister in the Ministry of National Security, Pearnel Charles Jr has warned that any officer or inmate involved in unauthorised and illegal recordings in the penal system will be punished.
