KINGSTON, Jamaica — Prime Andrew Holness today challenged a claim by Opposition People’s National Party (PNP) spokesman on finance Dr Peter Phillips that the Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) threatened to take the PNP to court in 2013 to challenge their move to withdraw funds from the National Housing Trust (NHT) to fund the budget.
