KINGSTON, Jamaica — Opposition Spokesman on finance Dr Peter Phillips, in his introductory remarks at the 2017/2018 Budget Debate currently underway at Gordon House, said the Jamaica Labour Party’s management of the economic affairs of the country is a cause for concern.
