#BudgetDebate: Gov't tables bill to allow designation of 'high crime' areas
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Government today tabled a bill intended to give the prime minister power to designate certain areas as high crime areas in which security forces will have special powers, according to Prime Minister Andrew Holness.
