KINGSTON, Jamaica &mdash; The heat is now on at the 107th staging of the much-anticipated ISSA Boys&rsquo; and Girls&rsquo; Championships as Shanette Allison of Holmwood Technical established the first record of the meet winning her preliminary of the girls&rsquo; Class Two 100 metre hurdles at the National Stadium.
